I offer a variety of yoga styles to meet you where you are, whether you're looking for an energizing flow, deep relaxation, or strength-building movement:


  • Vinyasa Yoga – A dynamic, breath-led flow to build strength, flexibility, and ease in movement.


  • Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra – Slow, supported postures and deep relaxation to help you reset and restore.


  • Slow Flow – A mindful, gentle practice that allows you to move with awareness and softness.


  • Strength Fusion – A mix of yoga and strength work to build a strong, resilient body.


  • Yoga for Surfers – Designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and breath control, supporting your movement in (and out of) the water.


  • Grounding Yoga – A practice focused on stability, connection, and cultivating a strong foundation, helping you feel rooted and balanced.
